If you are already logged in:

  1. Please go to the Account Information tab.

  2. Click on "Unlink login phone number".

  3. The system will ask you to confirm our action. Once done, you will be redirected to the main login page.

  4. After you enter your box code, you will be asked either to confirm your previous number or use another one.



  5. Please enter a new number you want to link to your account.

  6. After you are logged in successfully, please go to the Account Information tab again to make sure a new phone number is linked to your account.

    If you are logged out:

    Please contact your care team so that they can link a new phone number to your account.
