The system keeps repeating that my box code is wrong, could it be that my unique box code is case sensitive? 

This is not the case, the distinction between a capital or small letter does not matter.
However, you might have misread the number zero ‘0’ from the letter ‘o’ or vice versa. If this does not solve your issue, please contact us.
