What should I do if I want other people to attend my video consultation?

Notify your healthcare team and provide the phone numbers of the person or persons who should be present at your video consultation. As soon as the video consultation is scheduled, they will receive an SMS with the date and time of the upcoming call.

15 minutes before the start, this person will receive an SMS invitation to their mobile phone. There will be a link in this invitation to access the consultation. Invitees do not need to log in to our service in advance.
