There are several ways to do that.
If you do not have a device assigned to you and are using the web platform, not the app, the measurement can only be added manually.
On web platform:
A. If you have not entered any measurements today:
1. Go on the Tasks page you will see the “Enter measurement” button.
2. You will automatically redirected to the “Measurements“ page, where you can see the button “+Add manual measurement“.
3. After hitting it, the pop-up will appear when you can choose the type of measurement you need to enter and its value. Confirm your action by pressing the “Add“ button. Measurement is added successfully.
B. If you already entered your measurement, but want to do it again, please go to the “Measurements” tab and follow the steps mentioned before.
On app:
A. In case you own a measurement device provided by your care team, the measurements should be sent automatically, if your app is opened either on the fore or background.
For the measurements to be sent automatically, please make sure:

Your Bluetooth is on and your phone is close enough to the device.

The application is not shut down.
Once you take the necessary measurements, they will be automatically sent to the system.
B. To add the measurement manually on your app (in case you do not have a device connected to your phone), please log in to the application.
If you have not entered any measurements today, on the Tasks page you will see the “Enter measurement” button
If you already entered your measurement, but want to do it again, please go to the “Measurements” tab. At the bottom, there is the “Enter measurement values“ button.
Once you hit it, you will see the names of the measurements available for you and the fields to enter the values. Once done, please press “Send measurement“
