Step 1: Start by entering the box code you received with your original invitation to Well@Home.
Contact your care team if you do not have access to your box code. Access to this platform is by invitation only.
Step 2: Enter your phone number (this will only be asked the first time you sign in)
Step 3: Enter the verification code
Normally a text message with a 6-digit code is sent to your phone number. Please enter the verification code in the SMS message to confirm it is you.
If you do not receive a code, click the "Resend verification code" button.
Automated numbers such as 8810, 8850, are sometimes treated as spam by phones, and thus not properly received. If you suspect this is the case contact your carrier or phone manufacturer for instructions on how to allow texts from these numbers.
