The box codes are not case-sensitive. The distinction between a capital or small letter does not matter. However, you might have misread the number zero ‘0’ from the letter ‘o’ or vice versa.
We highly recommend copying the code from the invitation you have received, instead of typing it. This might prevent you from entering the incorrect data.
