On web:
When opening the Well@Home, you will see “My Tasks” on the main page. A questionnaire will be on the list of your to-do tasks.
Also, you can go to the Questionnaire tab, where you will find all your pending questionnaires and start filling them out.
In the app:
When opening the app on your phone or tablet, you will find the questionnaires to be filled out under "Tasks". By clicking 'Open questionnaire', you can fill in the questionnaire.
