When opening the Well@Home, you will see “My Tasks” on the main page. A planned video consultation will be displayed there.
Please confirm if you can attend a remote teleconsultation or decline if you can’t be present at the assigned date and time and need to reschedule. To do this, please hit “Show message“. You will be automatically redirected to the “Messages“ tab where you will be asked to check the box with either a positive or negative answer.
In the app:
Your planned teleconsultation will be displayed on the Tasks tab.
