Basic Checks

  • Make sure Bluetooth is turned on
Double-check that Bluetooth is enabled on your phone and that the measurement device is nearby.

  • Accept pairing requests
Some smartphones ask for permission when connecting to a new device. Always accept the prompt.

  • Ensure a stable internet connection
Results are only sent if your phone has internet access. Use Wi-Fi or mobile data.

  • !!! For Android devices (version <12)
Make sure your phone’s location services are turned on. (This does not share your physical location — it simply allows Bluetooth to function correctly.)

Still not connecting?

Sometimes, the connection fails due to issues in your phone’s Bluetooth system. This is common and usually temporary. Try the steps below to reset things:

1. Turn Bluetooth off and on again
Go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and toggle it off, then back on.

2. Forget and re-pair the device
In your Bluetooth settings, tap on the measurement device and choose "Forget" or "Unpair", then go through the pairing steps again.

3. Restart your phone
A simple reboot often helps clear temporary Bluetooth issues.
